Ferdi was an excellent salesman, we went in to buy a used vehicle, he did some calculations and told us we could get a new car for a little more each month, which was well within our budget He even gave our grandson a remote control bmw FOC

completely satisfied with everything but would have been a 5 star but the person who washed and hoovered the car didn't hoover the boot ...this has happened a few times now. Not sure why as the boot is part of the car...this is the one little thing.

Only slight issue was that I was provided one price on the phone, then a higher one upon arrival. The customer service representative was able to take this away and still charged me what I was quoted over the phone, so no issue in the end.

Milly really looked after me, service went smoothly. It was finished within the time estimate I was given. I was provided a quiet place to work whilst my car was being serviced and offered refreshments several times. Parking was tricky on arrival.

The warranty for used approved is poor value. Some the exclusions are ridiculous. And having to bring it back to a Marshalls garage is a total pain - not made at all clear when I bought the warranty.

Unfortunately SA on hols wind down poss. No comms to let me know the car was ready, despite me calling twice. When the advisor eventually called, led with "you said you were going to pick your car up this am". Mileage was incorrect on invoice too

The service work and MOT (first) were fine, but I was disappointed that the MOT renewal date wasn't preserved. I lost a month, despite asking about MOT renewal preservation dates when booking the service date.
