The experience was mixed. The sales representative was very helpful and pleasant. However the the wrong number plate was put on the vehicle which was discovered later.. The dealer rectified this promptly but I had to change my plans that week.

Costs - simplify the process and c.£175 / hr labour is way too high) - clearly there are brand and customer service overheads and you have an image to maintain but that comes at an eye-watering cost.
